Principal Archaeology Consultant

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000

Talent Torch, a leading Environmental Consultancy, is in search of a Principal Archaeology Consultant to enhance our growing team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in archaeology and heritage, providing expert consultancy, managing assessments, and collaborating with environmental impact assessment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering expert consultancy on archaeological and heritage issues.
  • Creating and overseeing comprehensive assessments and heritage documentation.
  • Working closely with the environmental impact assessment team to incorporate heritage factors into evaluations.
  • Overseeing project management to ensure deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in archaeology and heritage consultancy.
  • Proficient project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and flexible in work arrangements.
