The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the development of our Low Secure Services at St Andrew's Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape services further through strategic decision-making, improvement projects, and collaborative working with our NHS partners.
You will also be able to undertake research projects as part of our commitment to innovation and world-class care. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver value-based healthcare, focusing on clinical outcomes and using data to inform safety and care.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must hold MRCPsych or equivalent and a CCT in Forensic or General Adult Psychiatry. You will also be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.
