The Role: Lead Python Pricing Developer

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive efficiency and performance. You will collaborate with diverse teams to understand business needs and translate them into optimized solutions.

  • Drive Innovation: Initiate discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative pricing strategies, incorporating cutting-edge coding techniques and methodologies.
  • Algorithm Development: Create and manage sophisticated pricing algorithms using advanced Python skills to align with company objectives and handle complex projects effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of pricing engineers, establishing a Center of Excellence to offer technical guidance, training on pricing implementation, and best coding practices.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities to oversee multiple projects, track progress, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to acquire top talent, conduct productive one-on-one sessions for mentorship, and foster a conducive environment for team growth.
Your Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for data and technology.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for developing intricate pricing algorithms.
  • Experience with rating engine tools, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile environments utilizing methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD, and Extreme Programming.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively for seamless project implementation and goal achievement.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
