About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Serco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and informing strategic decision-making across our functional assessment service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize business intelligence tools to confirm process adherence and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports to identify performance trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and cleanse data from internal and external sources.
  • Apply data manipulation skills to extract, transform, and analyze data sets using business intelligence tools.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis, with a strong understanding of data visualization and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of development within business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Ability to quickly understand new areas of business and technology, with a focus on impactful and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop solutions based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on simply communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
