Role Expectations

We are excited to present a pivotal opportunity within our core platforms division for an IT Service Manager dedicated to our Back Office Cloud Platforms Systems. This role is essential in maintaining the stability and delivery of services as the organization leverages modern technologies to provide an efficient, tailored, and cost-effective service.

In this position, you will oversee the comprehensive management of the Back Office IT Cloud Platform service delivery, ensuring high service availability, optimal performance, and mature processes, while collaborating closely with key third-party providers. The services encompass the management of cloud-based applications developed on platforms such as Azure, AWS, Service-Now, Google Cloud, and other native SaaS solutions.

Qualifications for Success

As a seasoned IT Service Manager, you will play a vital role in our Back Office team and should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Retail and Regulatory Back-office SaaS applications

• Extensive background in consulting and/or solution architecture within Cloud Data and Analytics applications, Middleware, and integration in a retail context.

• Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management methodologies

• Demonstrated customer-first mindset and behavior

• Experience across a broad spectrum of internal business functions.

• Understanding of risk management processes

• Commitment to continuous improvement

• Proven track record of effective teamwork and exemplifying team ethics.

• Understanding of the value added to customers and external partners/clients.

• Ability to deliver services in accordance with the agreed contract – experience in third-party management is expected

• Consulting or solution architecture expertise in Cloud technologies and SaaS products such as Azure, AWS, GCP, ServiceNow, Jira-Confluence, SQL, Middleware, and integration is highly desirable.
