Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
  • Support residents in participating in activities, promoting independence and choice
  • Organize birthday surprises and special events to celebrate our residents' milestones
  • Liaise with external providers to arrange days out, performances, and other activities
  • Assist with meal duties and other tasks as required
  • Update activity records, care plans, and other documentation
  • Contribute to the development of our social media channels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a creative approach to activity planning. You will also need to be able to manage priorities effectively, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
