About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team at Aqua Sana Spa. As a Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of holistic, therapeutic, and beauty treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and manicures, to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome, relaxed, and satisfied with their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new treatments, trends, and best practices in the industry.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by promoting retail products and services to guests.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and to be flexible in response to changing business needs.
