We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Grimsby. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Basic English and maths skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Willingness to work a three-shift system, including nights and weekends
- Self-sufficiency for transportation to work
- Licensed to drive a Counterbalance Fork Truck
- Eagerness to learn new skills and develop professionally
- Experience or exposure to COSHH principles
