Job Opportunity at Highwood Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Highwood Care Home, a luxury care facility providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for 67 residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence in care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience working in an elderly care home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
