About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Leader to join our team at Colchester Institute. As a Course Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing FE Health and Social Care programmes, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing course development and delivery
  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans
  • Coordinating and managing teaching staff
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree-level qualification and/or a professional qualification in the relevant subject area
  • Experience of leading courses and curriculum development
  • High-quality teaching experience within Further Education and/or Higher Education
