About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School located in Towcester, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will work closely with a number of key students, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs
  • Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements
  • Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a UK Primary/Secondary School
  • CACHE Level 2 qualification or recent graduate with a passion for education
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and progress students from all backgrounds and ages
  • Understanding of SEN and desire to work with Special Needs pupils
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 3:30pm
