Job Title: Agile Reward Analyst

As an Agile Reward Analyst at Aztec Group, you will play a key role in providing expert analysis and administration across the full spectrum of reward and benefits activities. This includes ensuring our package remains competitive to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data analysis, modelling, and administrative support for the annual pay and incentive review process.
  • Support the full Reward and Benefits team, including the Head of Reward, in undertaking research, analysis, and presentation of internal programme effectiveness and external benchmarking.
  • Responsible for the accurate submission of external surveys relating to benefits, salary, and incentives.
  • Work on reward projects with key business/HR stakeholders and third-party providers.
  • Conduct Gender Pay Gap analysis and reporting.
  • Provide support to the full reward agenda as required, including benefit renewals, onboarding of new vendors, long-term incentives, and compliance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in reward analysis.
  • Experience of working with survey providers (WTW, Maclagan) and building networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation data.
  • Able to present information and analysis in a simple but effective format (graphs, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Understanding of the Performance and Reward function with knowledge of HR policies and best practice.
  • Experience in project management, building processes, budgeting, and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Workday) and compensation software.
