We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our mobile maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems in East and South Devon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Service and maintain split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant
  • Work on a range of commercial contracts, including service and breakdowns on air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration plant

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum)
  • FGas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
  • Experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working
  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces
  • On-Call Rota
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device
  • Self-motivated and solutions-focused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team
  • Full Driver's License
