Sustainability Consultant Opportunity

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing sustainability consultancy that provides innovative environmental services to the construction and property industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver BREEAM Assessments for construction projects from inception to completion and handover
  • Produce and deliver sustainability reports and net zero strategies to clients to reduce their projects' carbon footprint
  • Utilize OneClick LCA software to produce Whole Life Carbon Assessments for the planning stages of construction projects
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in environmental science or sustainability
  • Proficient with OneClick LCA software
  • BREEAM Assessor qualification and experience delivering BREEAM Assessments
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a sustainability consultant in the construction industry
  • Experience producing sustainability reports and Net Zero strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
