Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Cardiff. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative environmental services to the construction and property industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting BREEAM Assessments for construction projects from inception to completion
  • Producing and delivering sustainability reports and net zero strategies to clients
  • Utilizing OneClick LCA software to create Whole Life Carbon Assessments for planning stages

Requirements for the role include:

  • Relevant degree in environmental science or sustainability
  • Proficiency in OneClick LCA software
  • BREEAM Assessor qualification and experience delivering BREEAM Assessments
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a sustainability consultant in the construction industry
  • Experience producing sustainability reports and Net Zero strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
