Family Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, delivering high-quality partner-led advice with exceptional personal service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in client contact, building trust and rapport while managing expectations.
  • Provide legal advice on a range of family law matters.
  • Draft applications, deeds, and agreements with precision and care.
  • Perform advocacy duties as required.
  • Participate in business development activities to enhance the firm's client base and reputation.
Requirements:
  • All levels of experience will be considered, but ideally looking for someone with 4 years+ PQE in family law.
  • Experience of running a private caseload independently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse and busy team environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven advocacy experience.
