Job Title: Family Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and private law children's cases, providing expert legal advice to clients, and drafting and preparing legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and private law children's cases
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of private family law
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including court pleadings and agreements
  • Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in private family law
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cases involving divorce, financial settlements, and private law children matters
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
