Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Conduct visual safety inspections of kitchen facilities
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware during and after service
- Operate dishwashing machinery
- Dispose of waste properly
- Ensure the kitchen is organized and tidy throughout and after service
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents in accordance with safety regulations
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including designated uniforms and safety footwear
- Store and manage unused equipment and supplies appropriately
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness meets health and safety standards
- Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor immediately
- Ensure all staff clock out and report to the senior manager at the end of the shift
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- A friendly yet professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle feedback constructively.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- A proactive approach to tasks is essential.
