The Partnerships & Transactions division at RWE AG plays a crucial role in overseeing acquisition, divestiture, and collaboration initiatives for the offshore wind sector. This team is also responsible for executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and managing Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) transactions within the UK project pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the OFTO divestment strategy
  • Oversee the OFTO due diligence process
  • Manage the cost evaluation procedures
  • Facilitate the cost allocation framework
  • Lead a diverse team focused on OFTO divestment
  • Negotiate the Transfer Agreement along with related contracts
  • Engage with various stakeholders
  • Deliver updates on progress
  • Monitor trends in the OFTO market

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
