About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Gardener and Housekeeper couple to join our team at Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a stunning 5-acre garden, comprising both formal and informal gardens, with the assistance of two assistant gardeners.
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including high standards for cleaning and laundry duties, with flexibility to work occasional weekends if required.
  • Assist with the care of the property's ponies, if desired.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or experienced gardener with a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Housekeeper with excellent cleaning and laundry skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends, with a willingness to assist with gardening duties if desired.

Benefits:
