Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled HGV Contract Technicians to join our team. This role offers immediate opportunities with competitive pay and a comprehensive care package.


Compensation:
Pay starting at £1,560 for a 60-hour work week, with weekly wage payments. Positions available inside and outside of IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include:
- Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles to ensure compliance with DVSA standards.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, including systems related to steering, suspension, and brakes.
- Addressing fuel, air, transmission, and driveline systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including ABS, EBS, HVAC, and multiplex CAN systems.
- Performing major unit replacements and engine repairs/rebuilds.
- Utilizing dealer-level and generic diagnostic tools for efficient repairs.
- Maintaining health and safety standards while adhering to company guidelines.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A recognized apprenticeship or relevant work experience.
- City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 certification as a minimum.
- At least 5 years of workshop experience in similar roles.
- Additional qualifications in specialist diagnostics, electrical repair, mechanical repair, and welding are advantageous.
