We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals to achieve excellence in quality management.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to integrate into our quality management systems.
- Perform regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain risk management plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Implement LEAN manufacturing techniques to improve operational efficiency.
- NEBOSH qualified with experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools such as 8D, FEMEA, Root Cause, Six Sigma, and 5Y.
- Experience with SAP, Sharepoint, and Excel is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and written skills with a commercially aware and proactive attitude.
- Up to £47,000 basic salary.
- Performance Profit Related Bonus (PPRP) of around 8% of salary paid annually.
- 25 days annual leave.
