Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented PBPK modeling scientist or expert to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to consultancy projects with clients in the pharmaceutical industry, developing PBPK models for specific projects and applying them to various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop PBPK models for consultancy projects with clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Apply PBPK models to support applications such as DDI liability prediction, food effect prediction, PK prediction in special populations, biopharmaceutics/bioequivalence prediction, and large molecule PK prediction.
  • Contribute to consultancy projects with supervision and stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments in PBPK and IVIVE.
Requirements
  • PhD degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
  • Knowledge of PBPK modeling in the drug discovery and development process.
  • Understanding of IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
  • Sound overview of the simulator with good knowledge and understanding of specific areas.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with peers and clients within industry, academia, and regulatory agencies.
