  • Working alongside Producers to formulate monthly budgets and production schedules.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with core development processes at 2K.
  • Providing consistent updates to studio leadership regarding production status and potential risks.
  • Mentoring producers and promoting team development and career advancement.
  • Coordinating with the production team at 2K to ensure alignment on project plans and timelines.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Identifying and prioritizing challenges to maintain project focus and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video game production, particularly with AAA console titles.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading cross-functional development teams.
  • Ability to manage project risks and translate vague concepts into concrete action items.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for video games coupled with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
