About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met and care plans are updated accordingly
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Experience in care leadership or management
  • Strong knowledge of care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
