About the Role

As a Mortgage Adviser at Capricorn Financial Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading independent mortgage brokerage in London, serving clients across the UK and internationally. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional mortgage advice and solutions, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals
  • Work closely with estate agents and property developers to offer mortgage and house buying advice to their clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their mortgage needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings to provide the best possible advice to clients
Requirements
  • Basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 or RO1) or full CeMAP qualification (RO6)
  • Experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
  • Uncapped earning potential with realistic OTEs of £40,000-£50,000 in year 1, £80,000-£120,000 in year 2, £150,000+ in year 3, and £200,000++ in year 4
