We are seeking a highly skilled Land Director to join our team at Thomas Gray, a leading privately owned house builder. As a key member of our land team, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition of new sites within the home counties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a site acquisition strategy to meet the company's growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, agents, and other industry professionals
- Conduct site appraisals and due diligence to identify potential development opportunities
- Negotiate and agree site purchases, ensuring that all necessary agreements are in place
