Sutton Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide general support to the Sales and Quality departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring all project-related documentation is revised with accurate data information.
  • Engage with clients across various sectors to manage document administration requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the TIDP process is followed on all HS2 schemes.
  • Compile O&M information (QRP) for all schemes in collaboration with the Quality Department.
  • Create document templates and convert information from project teams into user-friendly documents.
  • Number and label documents for identification and reference.
  • Scan and copy documents for distribution to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Track documents to maintain confidentiality.
  • Review documents and make revisions for accuracy.
  • Liaise with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements.
  • Train document specialists and other employees on document systems.
What's on Offer
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm (30-minute lunch unpaid)
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (Birthday off)
  • Nest Pension; 3% client, 5% employee

To be suitable for this role, you must have a full driving license and your own vehicle due to the client location.
