About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at Aramark. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and restaurant areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our staff and customers.
  • Carry out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Assist with daily and weekly deep cleans, ensuring our kitchen and restaurant areas are always clean and tidy.
  • Assist with deliveries and organize them in the correct storage areas, ensuring our kitchen and restaurant areas are always well-stocked.
  • Remove waste from waste containers and dispose of them in the correct external bins, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Provide assistance to front of house and kitchen staff as required, ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • A full-time contract with 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
  • Shifts ranging between 7am - 3.30pm, providing a stable and predictable work schedule.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Customer-focused and a good communicator, with excellent team player skills.
  • Food hygiene level 2 desirable but not essential, as training can be gained through our online e-learning portal.
