Position Overview

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in lettings and property valuation is required.
  • A proven history of generating new business and a solid understanding of the market is necessary.
  • Strong people management abilities, along with resilience and determination, are crucial.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead by example are essential for achieving success.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
