Property Lettings Supervisor

Salary: £30,000 basic (dependent on experience)
OTE: £60,000
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm every other Saturday with a day off in lieu
Benefits: 22 days holiday / BH shared on a rotor basis, Aviva pension
We are seeking a skilled and driven full-time Area Lettings Supervisor to join our thriving Liphook office. The primary goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience while enhancing our reputation as the preferred estate agency in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize overall revenue and profitability within the lettings sector.
- Achieve personal performance targets and conduct effective market assessments.
- Lead and mentor lettings team members, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their responsibilities.
- Oversee the daily operations of the lettings division, facilitating productive morning meetings.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in lettings and property valuation.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business opportunities.
- Strong people management abilities; resilient, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to inspire and lead.
- A valid UK driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
