Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to deliver care and assistance to residents within a highly supportive housing environment. This position entails working four shifts weekly on a structured rolling 4-week schedule, which includes alternating weekends. Shift hours may vary from early morning to late evening.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to enhancing service quality through ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Engage in regulated activities involving children and/or vulnerable adults.
- Participation in the PVG Scheme is mandatory, or candidates must complete a PVG Scheme update check.
- An Overseas Criminal Record Check may be necessary for those who have spent a considerable amount of time outside the UK.
- Registration with the SSSC is required within three months of commencing employment.
- A minimum of two references is essential, with at least one reference from your current or most recent employer.
