Key Responsibilities
  • HR Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve employee queries and tasks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Workload Management: Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a timely fashion.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee queries and tasks, providing regular reports on your activity as required.
  • Employee Support: Provide support with employment documentation queries, right to work check compliance, and pre-employment medicals, as well as other HR-related tasks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure HR best practice and colleague experience, shaping our processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Requirements
  • Strong Service Focus: A strong service focus is essential, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple cases at any one time, with great attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, verbally and in written form, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills and usage, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of HR Processes: Sound understanding of employee life cycle, and knowledge of common business issues and processes.
