Job Title: Technical Artist

We're seeking a skilled Technical Artist to join our team, bringing expertise in integrating and contributing to the creation of groundbreaking experiences. As a key member of our art team, you'll support the development of innovative art pipelines, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of shaders and post-processing techniques.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Liverpool studio, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize art pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with game engines and tools.
  • Collaborate with the art and code teams to create high-quality, visually stunning game assets.
  • Design and implement shaders, materials, and effects that enhance the gaming experience.
  • Contribute to the development of Unreal Engine projects, leveraging your expertise in this powerful game engine.
  • Work closely with the art team to ensure consistency and quality in game art assets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating and optimizing shaders, with a strong understanding of graphics programming principles.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on game development and art pipeline optimization.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
