Maintenance Engineer Job Description

Ten Live Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, fixing, and maximizing the performance of the plant and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting effective fault finding, diagnosis, and analysis to implement swift corrective measures.
  • Updating and maintaining the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance standards.
  • Managing direct and third-party contractors on site.
  • Providing support and training to semi-skilled Operators and Apprentices.
  • Ensuring maximum uptime of plant and equipment.
  • Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipment on site.
  • Ensuring all preventative maintenance is carried out in specified time.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance regarding facilities maintenance.
Requirements:
  • BTEC/HNC and NVQ level 3 or higher City & Guilds.
  • Excellent written and PC skills (Microsoft Office/BMS/maintenance engineering software).
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior members.
  • Facilities experience (lighting, sprinklers, etc.).
  • Experience with PLC controls, programming, or familiarity with Allen Bradley equipment.
