In this role, you will:

  • Perform essential administrative tasks to support the Radiology team.
  • Assist in managing patient appointments and ensuring timely communication.
  • Support the department in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide assistance to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and patient experience.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

Essential Criteria: A solid educational background with basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Desirable Criteria: GCSE English and Maths level 4 or equivalent.

Experience:

Essential Criteria: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
