Exciting Opportunity for a Nurse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Associate to join our district nursing team in Havering Central Locality - Romford Clinic. The successful applicant will be a good team worker, flexible, and able to work under pressure. They will have excellent interpersonal and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support
  • Working collaboratively with the district nursing team to deliver effective care
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participating in regular clinical and managerial supervision and support
  • Engaging in a programme of in-service training and development opportunities

We offer a comprehensive induction programme, including mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment. New starters will have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health, and wellbeing, and key processes.

  • NHS experience in a hospital or community setting
