Job Title: Student Support Administrator

The Academic Section at the University of Essex is in search of a committed Student Support Administrator to enhance their team. This position will focus on assisting students, practice personnel, and university staff in the management of an electronic practice assessment tool (ePad) specifically designed for health and social care students. The successful applicant will possess excellent organizational and communication abilities, alongside experience in database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all users of the ePad software
  • Oversee and resolve inquiries related to assessments during practice placements
  • Deliver administrative assistance to maintain data integrity within the ePad system
  • Generate reports utilizing the ePad platform
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in managing databases and using Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum qualifications of A level or NVQ Level 3
  • Competence in Information Technology software
