About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Academy Team Leader to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance through increased skill levels, retention, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor and evolve the current 4-week onboarding process to ensure new sales team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Implement scheduled measurement of sales skill levels defined for each sales role relative to current and potential job roles.
  • Work with sales management to facilitate the signposting to appropriate learning to increase specific skill levels, including dedicated Sales Enablement Coach, shared Sales Training sessions, eLearning, and best practice sharing through listening to best practice call snippet library via Clari Copilot.
  • Presentation tasks with feedback.
  • Own and coordinate Sales Enablement Spotlights, and other sales team-facing activity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales training and development, with a focus on sales skills development and performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze and improve sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
