General Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our Prezzo Cheltenham Promenade restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
The Role
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to maintain profitability and achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of the restaurant's marketing strategy and implement local marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
