Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Wpsinplace. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Defect Management: You will have experience using a defect management tool, preferably Azure DevOps, to track and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Automated Tools: You should have a solid understanding of automated tools and techniques, including Leapwork and Selenium, to streamline testing processes.
  • Manual Testing: With a strong background in manual testing, you will be able to plan, script, execute, and analyze tests throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Team Player: As a team player, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Attention to Detail: You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving, ensuring that defects are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Communication Skills: With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are met.
  • Time Management: You will be able to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, ensuring that testing is completed efficiently.
  • Initiative: You will work effectively as part of a multi-team department, taking initiative to identify and resolve testing issues.
  • Automation Testing: You should have previous experience with automation testing tools, such as Leapwork or Selenium, and be able to create and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Payment Service Providers: You will have experience testing payment service providers, ensuring that our software products meet the required standards.
  • Databases and SQL: You should have experience working with databases and SQL, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Professional Accreditation: A professional accreditation, such as ISTQB or ISEB, would be an advantage in this role.
  • Testing Tools: You should have knowledge of testing tools, including Team Foundation Server, Leapwork, Azure DevOps, and RDZ.
  • Retail Business Environment: You will have knowledge of retail business environment processes, including testing and quality assurance.
  • Programming and Scripting: You should have experience with programming and scripting, including macros and API testing.
  • Mainframe Systems: You will have experience testing on mainframe systems, ensuring that our software products meet the required standards.
  • Reporting: You will be able to prepare various reports for testing, including data analysis and visualization.
  • API Testing: You should have previous experience with API testing, including SOAP and Postman.
