We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional for the position of Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth in the Midlands and Wales territory.
- Monitoring of regional sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparation of annual and quarterly regional sales forecasts to inform business strategy
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers within the territory to drive business growth
- Coordination of local product specialist and sales specialist activities to support key customers and drive business
- Work in line with BIOTRONIK's national sales, business development, and marketing strategies
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background with demonstrable success, experience working in the hospital environment with CRM devices, and comprehensive personal computer skills. A valid driver's license is also required.
Requirements
- Proven sales background with demonstrable success
- Experience working in the hospital environment with CRM devices
- Comprehensive personal computer skills
- Commitment to a high volume of travel within the UK (Midlands and Wales)
- Valid driver's license
- Desired - Certification in IBHRE Cardiac implantable devices and/or HRUK and/or IBHRE Electrophysiology
