About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Engage Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across all social media platforms, enhancing our online presence, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Creation: Develop, plan, and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage all social media accounts daily, promptly responding to customer enquiries and comments.
  • Blogging & Video Content: Write and produce engaging and informative blog posts for our website and social media channels, and plan, create, and edit video content for our social media channels and website.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of blog posts or other written content.
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
