Payroll Administrator

An established company in Leatherhead is seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join their team. The role involves end-to-end payroll duties for approximately 900 salaried employees and 200 bank staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Process end-to-end payroll for salaried employees and bank staff.
- Manage the payroll inbox, responding to and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll operations in line with company policies and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Familiarity with Cascade payroll system is highly desirable (IRIS Cascade).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to handle payroll queries effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (hybrid working, 3-4 days in the office)
Hourly Rate: £15.00- £17.50 per hour PAYE or £18.50- £21.50 per hour via an umbrella company.
Paid for Parking: By the client.
