Key Responsibilities:

* Support the achievement of a 'Best in Class' approach to Engineering and Fabric services including those provided through supplier organisations.
* Carry out Planned Maintenance as instructed by the CAFM System.
* Become competent in the operation of the sites Building Management and Planned maintenance computer systems.
* Carry out reactive maintenance as instructed by Site Management.
* Assist in resolving maintenance issues raised by retailers.
* Assist the other maintenance staff as is required.
* Assist with any training that may be required by other staff.
* Liaise with Contractors, giving assistance as is agreed by the FM/CM.

Requirements:

* Electrically qualified with some experience in the electrical field.
