IT Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps and developing curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.

The IT Trainer will work in a small team, delivering a variety of training methods, including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training. This is a hybrid role, with a 50% split between home and office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical training sessions
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Assess and address skills gaps
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve training goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in running technical demonstrations and IT training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in technology and its application in business
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and MS Teams
