About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Research and Development Team as a Senior Research Nurse/Paramedic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the advancement of healthcare research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of research studies across various specialties, including Mental Health and Community Health Services.
  • Manage the implementation of research protocols, identify and recruit patients, and provide research support to study teams and clinicians.
  • Collect and manage data, biological samples, and ensure research is conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), current legislation, and research governance standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse or Paramedic) or degree in a relevant subject.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a health or social care setting.
  • Awareness of GDPR and data protection issues related to NHS research.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team and research in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
