About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Limited. As a Building Control Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building control matters to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Pre-Application advice to building professionals and non-professionals on building control matters.
- Conduct planning appraisals of industrial, residential, and commercial applications to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Negotiate with applicants and/or their agents to discuss amendments or improvements required on their applications.
- Undertake site inspections in Northamptonshire to ensure compliance with building regulations.
Requirements:
- Class 2 C or D registered Building Inspector.
- Previous experience working as a building surveyor in an industrial, residential, or commercial environment.
- Experience conducting site inspections.
What We Offer:
A competitive hourly rate of £60 per hour, paid through an umbrella company. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role is largely remote, with occasional site visits required.
