Location: Travel between both Bournemouth & Salisbury

We are seeking a skilled Patient Advisor to join our team. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a vital role in making our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations
  • Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
  • Introducing patients to their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment dates
  • Discussing finance options
  • Accurately maintaining patient records
