Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with key health provision functions, including tracheostomy care, PEG management, and medication administration
  • Support with moving and handling, personal care, and healthcare tasks related to individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with qualified Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
